Only if you are off the sidewalk line. There are always plenty of unmetered options for parking a scooter. Try not to squeeze between cars as the drivers may not see your bike when they’re leaving.

What fees are involved in buying a scooter?

Is scooters freeway legal?

In the state of California you must ride a 150cc bike or above to be freeway legal although 150 tends to lack the power and top speed necessary for safe freeway riding. A 250 would be better for freeway riding.
